Shipping Policy

At Compassion Core I aim to process your orders within 1-2 working days. Once processed they are currently sent via Royal Mail (Second Class). Therefore, the postage cost to customers is £1.55, the cost of a standard second class large letter.

Unfortunately, with being a new small business, at this time I cannot offer returns to customers as it is beyond my capabilities.

If an item is damaged, please send proof to compassioncore@outlook.com, and we will send a replacement free of charge.

Accepted payment methods - Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, ChinaUnionPay, JCB, Diners, Discover, Electro and Maestro) are accepted. PayPal is also accepted.

Unfortunately, with being a new small business, I can only accept orders within the UK at this current time.
